Avas Reviews - General 10/29/2014 5:09AM with my family being out of town, i usually send gift online for special occassions. honestly customer service can sometimes to difficult especially when you are tyring to make adjustments to orders already placed... but i can tell you that my experience with Avas was anything but difficult. i will DEFINATELY use them for all of my orders moving fowrard. they made everything so easy to deal with and even though i already placed my order....they adjusted the delivery date immediately! i wish every company was as easy and as prompt as they were! thanks again!!— Crystal M
