I really appreciated the immediate call back when the basket could not be delivered on the original day requested. Your salesperson offered to upgrade my order because of the delay. And of course due to the weather (which I knew was coming - blizzard) there would be the possibility of an additional delay which was not a problem! The Wednesday after the blizzard, I received another courtesy call to verify that I still wanted to have the order delivered. I could not have asked for any better customer service. Thank you.

Flowers were delivered 3/18 not 3/17. I was told that I would be notified as soon as they were delivered but that did not occur. I had to look for them at the funeral home. You did email me at 5:11pm and strangely that those emails did not arrive until early the next morning. The flowers were lovely but compared to other florists ver expensive. I called you to use someone near the funeral home and we live an hour away. I do appreciate your follow-up and good communication. Just wish I was notified as soon as delivery occurred as promised. Thank you.
