Flowers were delivered 3/18 not 3/17. I was told that I would be notified as soon as they were delivered but that did not occur. I had to look for them at the funeral home. You did email me at 5:11pm and strangely that those emails did not arrive until early the next morning. The flowers were lovely but compared to other florists ver expensive. I called you to use someone near the funeral home and we live an hour away. I do appreciate your follow-up and good communication. Just wish I was notified as soon as delivery occurred as promised. Thank you.

Flowers were delivered early morning which was great. Flowers were fresh and beautiful. Small for price but I guess that is expected for valentines day. Thank you for good customer service.

I was online looking for a florist to have an arrangement to send to the funeral home in Colorado, I'm from Syracuse, NY. It took awhile to review all the Florist and I came across Avas Flowers. The arrangement were beautiful and I chose the flowers I thought were right for the occasion. My nephew passed away and it was not possible to go to Colorado so I wanted to send something nice. Never ordered on line and was not comfortable doing this on the phone. The person was wonderful, helped me and advised me on making the right decision. This Florist went above and beyond the best customer service. I only wish they were here in New York. Thank You very much for all your kindness and prompt service to make sure the flowers got there on time. An A+ and again Thank You very much! Excellent, great job........Antoinette Fiore
