Customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful. I asked though that the Baby girl balloon be replaced with a bouquet of a birthday balloon. The baby girl balloon was still with the order as well as a birthday balloon. I thought there would be another or several birthday balloons tied to the bear. Truly not a big deal as my granddaughter thought it was funny and loved it anyway. Thank you:)
