I had trouble with the online ordering system as it did not want to take the zip code I entered - altho it was correct. Waited awhile and tried again and it went thru. I also don't know of another florist that charges delivery and processing/handling - was surprised at the total. But the recipient loved the flowers and they arrived the day after I ordered.

When I can, I like to support local businesses. My Aunt lives in Reno, NV. We live in Roseville, CA. My Aunt was away for her birthday, although I did not forget her. The flowers I sent to her when she returned were perfect. My Aunt called to thank us for the flowers, saying they were "Beautiful, flowers, bow and the blue vase, I absolutely LOVE them, what a surprise!!" I could tell just from her voice, not to mention her words that this was a great choice to make. Many thanks for maker her day!! Shannen in Roseville, CA

Had a problem with flower delivery. Using ups is bad in hot weather areas as they became wilted. But customer service was handled appropriately and I appreciated that.
