He knew just what to do for someone who needed assistance. He was able to get a nice plant and card sent to the funeral home in time and believe me it was the last minute too. Super good job. The Avas sales rep was extremely helpful and had great customer service. I boquet was beautiful and although I was hesitant about same day delivery, especially due to time constraints it was delivered as indicated. I will definitely purchase from them in the near future.
