On this particular order I have had no specific feedback other than the items were received and that the flowers were lovely. Other recipients usually send a smartphone snap and if as with previous orders I've placed, which were exactly as ordered and also lovely, are any indication then there is no reason the current order should be any different. I think we're good... nice job!!

Overall good experience, helpful customer service rep, my only complaint is that I wanted to see a photo of the arrangement and I did not receive that. My friend who received the flowers did send me a photo, and they were lovely.

I attempted to order the plants on line, but there was a mix up somehow (my fault). I then spoke with one of your reps and the order was quickly completed.
