Ormond Beach Hotel Flower Deliveries

There are a variety of hotels in Ormond Beach varying from budget to luxury including the Coral Sands Inn & Seaside Cottage, the Tropic Sun Towers, Argosy Motel, Makai Beach Lodge, Maverick Resort, Traders Inn, and Comfort Suites.

Check-in is typically at three, so if you're planning on sending flowers to someone staying at one of these hotels make sure to have them sent after 3pm unless you want them waiting at the front desk for when your friend or family member checks in.

When sending flowers to a hotel provide us with the name of the guest, a phone number, the address of the hotel, and the room number where they are.  If you're unsure of their room, call and ask the front desk before sending your delivery. 

Country Clubs & Shopping Centers

Ormond Beach hosts many golf and country courses that are among some of the nicest in the country.  The Halifax Plantation Golf Club, the Tomoka Oaks Golf & Country Club, and the Riviera Country Club are incredibly easy to deliver flowers to.

If you would like to send flowers to someone at a Golf Course or Country club simply call the main desk to find out either the tee time of the golfer or the instructions that club has for deliveries. 

Country clubs usually allow for flowers to be left at the front desk until the member receiving flowers is ready to pick them up or they can have them hand delivered by a member of their staff depending on where the member is at that particular time.

Fountain Square Shopping Village is an array of upscale fashion and specialty stores located in a unique shopping village.  When sending flowers to one of these shops or local businesses in Ormond Beach simply have the name of the recipient,  phone number, name of the business, and if possible, when the employee is scheduled to leave work for the day.

The last thing you want to happen is to have your flowers delivered to an office building, only to find out that the recipient has already left for the day.  Placing your order at least a day in advance is a nice way to ensure that the recipient will receive the delivery as early as possible and has a chance to show them off in front of their co-workers.

Many churches accept floral tributes when there are no formal services being held at a funeral home. However, most prefer floral tributes be delivered to the funeral home when possible. Floral tributes are only sent to the cemetery if there is no visitation or formal services prior to the burial.

Floral tributes may be sent directly to the family's home anytime, including after the services are complete. This is often done when you are notified of their loss after the services are complete or when they have attended services out of town.
