The website was easy to use and the call center was pleasant and very understanding when I needed to call and reschedule the delivery due to our friend needing to go to the hospital and not knowing if she would be readmitted. Thank you everyone. She ultimately received her orchids and loved them. It was a wonderful "pick-me-up" for her during her illness. I would recommend Ava's Flowers if you need a delivery in the Oregon OH area. I am from Michigan on the west side, so unfortunately I may not have another opportunity to use Ava's Flowers, however, if needed, I certainly will!— Terri S

The person who took the order was extremely competent, never asked me for any information a second time, I received emails confirming my order, as well as when the delivery was made to the recipient's home. It was a seamless transaction. And I might add, the recipient was so pleased and happy with the arrangement that she plans to use this florist herself for future florist needs. After I ordered I saw a lot of bad reviews which made me really nervous. Upon arriving at the funeral the flowers were sent on time and gorgeous.
