Turns out the person who delivered them had to return to the home three times as the family were out until early evening. I so appreciate that they persevered and got the gift where it was supposed to go on the exact day. Not many folks would have done that, and I understand it was a wet, cold day, too. I sent flowers to a friend recovering from surgery. They arrived only 3 hours after I placed the order and were EXACTLY like the photo on the website. I have had many bad experiences that left me embarrassed by the flowers that actually showed up, looking nothing like the photo I'd ordered from.
