I want to compliment you on amazing service yesterday. I ordered flowers for a family birthday on Nov 14, to be delivered the 15th. Turns out the person who delivered them had to return to the home three times as the family were out until early evening. I so appreciate that they persevered and got the gift where it was supposed to go on the exact day. Not many folks would have done that, and I understand it was a wet, cold day, too. Thank you so much.
