The arrangement I ordered was easy to order and was delivered at the agreed time. My sister-in-law, that just had surgery, thought they were beautiful and they filled the hospital room with such a wonderful smell. Made me feel this was very impersonal so i hung up .... the third time I called I got a young man that took the order and all was good and quiet and he was very personal do to my lose.— Eric B
