The flowers were beautifully arranged and although there was a substitution the arrangement was pretty. I appreciated the ease of the website for ordering and that I was contacted about the need for a substitution early enough to still have the flowers delivered in a timely manner.

Must say that when my wife texted me that her flowers hadn't shown up, I was initially disappointed. Being able to look up the order on line was a tremendous help. It was also huge to be able to get a hold of someone on the phone to get help verifying their arrival. As it turned out, it was her inability to find them outside our front door, not Ava's. Once our son found them. They put a smile on her face. I will order my future flower gifts from Ava's, thank you.
