the customer service person was very helpful in scheduling delivery and advising me of the status. we could either deliver on Sunday or Tuesday due to the recipients schedule. he was able to get that organized and the flowers were received when the person was home.

The recipient really enjoyed the flowers, and I appreciated how quickly they were delivered. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. However, when I saw the photo of them, I thought the vase was a run of the mill, grocery store-type vase. Also, I should have mentioned that the recipient was a mature woman, because the pink and black leopard print "Happy Birthday" Mylar balloon didn't go with any of the colors of the flowers and looked like it would be more suited to a tween.
