When I was in a pinch to send something to remember my deceased granddaughters birthday to her family, your company provided the perfect flower arrangement plus a box of chocolates for the
family. They loved it and felt special . Your service was efficient and the product was as described.

The only thing that I would recommend is that you include the "service fee" in the actual cost of the item.

I was very happy with the way my order was received. I was able to order everything we wanted and delivery was promised in time for the viewing. However, I was not able to go to the funeral--I live many miles away and I was ordering on behalf of my siblings too, so I don't know what the actual bouquet looked like. I trust it was beautiful.
