I LOVED the arrangement and so did Kasi. I had a really bad experience with another florist prior to ordering from you and was really upset but when I found out you could and would deliver that day I was really glad. Then to get a call from Kasi and hearing how beau and bright the flowers were made my day. Thank you so much for such a great job and you now have a customer. I also wrote a review online.

I was very impressed on how speedily you processed my order and the delivery. Unfortunately, I felt that the flowers that were delivered were not worth the amount I paid for them. Because of that I do not think I would use your service again, which is disappointing considering the service was excellent. Alice Watson.
