Great customer service! They didn't have the specific flowers in stock that I ordered, so they called me within an hour of placing the order to offer me a designer's choice option and an upgrade to a larger size order. My sister was in awe of her birthday flowers and they were truly beautiful.

The order was a successful one. My one disappointment was that a particular type of flower had to be substituted and therefore the color of the arrangement did not look like the photo.
