I appreciated the order placement and delivery completed notifications. My suggestion for improvement is that I selected a blue balloon but a pink balloon was delivered and I would have preferred to have the balloon I selected be the one that was delivered.

I sent my Grandmother flowers for her 85th birthday and she was more than pleased with not only the arrangement but the delivery as well. When ordering, I explained that she recently had knee surgery and would be a minute getting to the door. My Grandmother said the delivery man was waiting patiently for her once she opened the door and he greeted her by name. She has always been a stickler for service and this just made her day given the "fast times" we live in with everyone being so hurried about life. I just want to thank you so much and a special thanks to whoever delivered flowers to Mrs. Cowser on 10/14/16. You all are truly appreciated and may God give you double blessing real soon!
