Good service. Person I talked to on the phone was very helpful and courteous. I would buy again. My only issue was the price. I looked online and saw free delivery and a coupon but it didn't get applied to the order it seems. I asked for a $50 dollar or so bouquet and got charged around $75ish. They were beautiful but more than I expected. All else was great though and would recommend.

Thanks for adding birthday cheers in my physical absence. I'm a first time customer, I took some time to muster the confidence to trust in the process but thanks to the procedural details listed on the site. The must valuable factor for me was the delivery timeliness, because it was on time it provided an internal window to get to the intended recipient. The roses were/are beautiful, lIke wise the arrangement. ONE recommendation, can the personalized note be printed to adhesive labels and applied to the card? Would elevate total presenation. Thanks
