Very good customer service. I was especially pleased that you called me personally to let me know you wouldn't be able to do a same-day delivery rather than just email me, or deliver it a day late. I can't speak to the quality of the fruit basket, as I wasn't the recipient, but if your quality is as good as your customer service, you should be in business for a long time.
