I ordered online since I am in AZ but we were sending flowers to a co-worker. The experience was great. Everything was very easy and I absolutely loved all the updates that were received. Our friend received the calla lily and said it was beautiful. Wish I was closer so I could have seen it in person.

Excellent customer service! The automated emails were a little confusing and the links didnt work. Thats the only improvement i can recommend.

This arrangement was supposed to be a standing basket but it came in a regular vase. This funeral was my best friend of 20 years, I wanted something just a hair better than just a vase. That is why I got the standing basket so it would be a little better. But I will say that the flowers where very nice.

everything worked perfectly. we did everything on line and we were just amazed at how easy it was and while were not present where the flowers arrived, we were told they looked fantastic.
