I have always been leery of ordering online but my experience with Ava's has put that to rest. I was looking for something unique to send to my good friend for her 80th birthday. When I saw the orchid on your website, I knew that was it! It arrived on time and my friend sent me a beautiful picture. Thank you for making this so easy from so far away.

Great experience! I called before to delivery to double check that the flowers would not be left in the 95 degree heat if my cousin was not at home when the delivery arrived. They promised to call my cousin before delivery and they followed through! I was extremely pleased with the customer service! Thank you!
