I was disappointed that you could not deliver the bouquet on Friday as requested, but when I found out that my niece had taken her father to an urgent care center and was not at home, I was relieved and happy that you could make the delivery on Saturday instead. She is delighted with the bouquet and the photo she sent me shows just how beautiful it is. Thank you!
