I appreciate the courteous staff working with me. My friend had major surgery and I was told she was moved to a regular room. What wasn't explained to me by the hospital staff was that the room she was moved to was still on the ICU floor. No flowers allowed. What a pickle I was in! My friend is still in ICU & I was told they would hold my order until she was moved to a room. I would recommend AVA's to anyone. Thank you!

My aunt was delighted with the flowers and so was her sister with whom she is staying for a short period. The flowers arrived at the time I requested. Next time I send flowers in Tucson, I will contact you.
