I was told the flowers would be delivered on 2/14 but they didn't get delivered til 2/15 and it was around 5:00pm. The service fees you charge are a little to expensive as well. The women who delivered the flowers was very nice and delivered them on her way home. The flowers were very nice. I'm not sure I would order again do you the price. I paid 65.00 or so for a small arrangement.

The flowers were beautiful and my friend loved them.The delivery was when it was supposed to be delivered.The only problem is it was a different vase and no bow.I know it was mentioned that it would be close to what I ordered.I was happy with it otherwise.

I appreciate that the order was delivered the same day, and "NO DELIVERY CHARGE" but I feel that was more than made up for with by the exorbitant $3.99 sympathy card charge, and the $14.99 handling fee. Definitely felt gouged and will probably never use your company again.
