The lady (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) who took my call was very friendly and helpful in taking my order. She was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. Also, Ms. Lapke took a picture of the poinsettia plant you delivered and sent it to me. I was very pleased to see how beautiful the plant was and she was extremely happy to get it.
