The order-taker (I wish I could remember her name!) was so compassionate and efficient! She truly made the ordering process effortless. She got everything right! The flowers I ordered were beautiful. The bouquet included a nice variety of yellow flowers, perfect for Easter.

The delivery was very good, prompt. The plant was beautiful. The recipient really loved it. I was disappointed in the Service Fee of $17.95. It wasn't a delivery fee. I don't know what it was for, there was no explanation. Seems like a high fee to pay for......what? By the way, I marked Excellent first but was unable to add comments with that selection. So I backed out and gave you a lower rating in order to leave comments.
