My ordering process with Ricki (sp) was excellent. I received an email stating the flowers would be delivered the next day. I did not see a bow, or ribbon, on the basket, although I was charged for it. I was surprised at the size of the deluxe version, It was not as full as the pictured item and I felt it was pricey for the size, but nice arrangement. C Smith
