Your customer service was excellent, as was your promised delivery. However, I felt a little mislead that the Internet said free delivery and then I had to pay a $13.95 "processing fee". What's the difference?? Did you charge me to put them in the vase? What is a processing fee? Get rid of that type of advertising - it makes Ava's look like a discount florist rather than a quality business. Other Midland florist have free delivery to the hospital and nursing homes. I haven't seen the flowers yet but will be there on Monday and expect to see them then. Thank you!
