I appreciated Michael calling to let me know the blue orchids were not the freshest, and new blue orchids would not be coming in until Tuesday. He left me a message. When I called back however, I was told they were going check other orchids and see what they could do to make the arrangment. They would call me back if there was a problem. This was after a very long pause when I asked for Michael twice. I was satisfied with my experienced, but until it was delivered, I was concerned.

Great job and on time! The flowers were perfect;)
