Im so impressed with the overall experience . I placed my order mid day and I was surprised when my daughter sent me a pic of d flowers, balloon, card n chocolate. This is my very firat experience that the package was delivered before i even check the tracking Really impressive . I will definitwly order again and will not heaitate to refer them to friends . Most every aspect of my experience with you was very good except. I originally ordered the flowers for delivery in South Lebanon Ohio for the 12th of February, Then realized I had the wrong Birthday date the 11th, so I called to move the delivery up one day and also emailed so I wouldn't miss her birthday, no response from either my phone call or email, Even if you were not able to change the delivery, at least respond???
