Dear Avas, I think you did a fantastic job in filling my order. I tried to use the web sire but for some reason it didn't work. I called your offices and the customer service was just super, the lady (sorry I don't remember her name) was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Most importantly I got the product I wanted delivered when and where I needed it. The recipient, Alex, loved the flowers and was surprised on her birthday.
