The card with the inscription "Beloved Aunt" did not accompany the spray. The florist, however pinned its card to the flowers. the second spray was fine.

The arrangement looked lovely and Meaghann was happy with her bouquet BUT they did not deliver the ballon AND the arrangement was smaller than described. So overall not satisfied.

Person who took order was very polite. Flowers were delivered ahead of requested time. The one minor inconvenience for me was that I had to go on the website to request my receipt; it was not emailed when I placed my order. I've used Ava's in the past and have never been disappointed with service, timeliness, and quality of product.
