Ok when flowers was delivered funeral home placed flowers in some room and with so much going on on my part I didn’t have time to micro manage the flowers and we didn’t get flowers brought out until the last 10 minutes of service and I was pissed off. I believe we need a better way to manage that. The day of funeral Families our in mourning and can be very busy. Flowers was beautiful however

Well...you could have the options to pick the exact time of delivery. Ex: 9a-11a....11a-2p and so on. My purchase was delivered at the location perfectly. The flowers are great....SHE loved them.
