The flowers were beautifully arranged, and timely delivered. However, I paid for a red vase and that was not provided. The recipient was not aware and so, thankfully, it did not affect her enjoyment and pleasure of the flowers. From a customer perspective, I would have appreciated an email to let me know that an alternate vase would be provided. Other than that, I was quite pleased with the service!

The flowers I ordered were absolutely exquisite in the arrangement of colors and design. Although I ordered a medium size arrangement, it was more than adequate in size. They left a beautiful last remembrance for our family during out time of sorrow.
