The flowers were pretty. The flowers were delivered to the entrance desk at the assisted facility instead of directly to my mother's room/apartment. When I received the text from your company stating the flowers were delivered I assumed they were in my mother's possession. They were not. The facility then had to 'locate' someone to deliver them to my mother, therefore I am not sure when my mother received them. This delivery 'method' was not explained when I placed the order. thank you, Daisy Henna
