The entire experience was excellent. To start it was a very good website - very user friendly. I received an acknowledgement within minutes of placing the order. The flowers were delivered much faster than I imagined they would be. My friend was very happy with the flowers and says they are beautiful.

The last time, I had flowers sent there was notifications sent almost to the moment arrived. This time I had to enter in my order # to get it. Other than that it was delivered on the day requested. It was a success, beautiful unique rainbow roses.
