The plant was very good quality and was delivered when requested. I think you should tell people before the final order that there is a handling fee. When you say free delivery, I assumed that was like "shipping and handling". I still would have ordered but felt deceived.

I did not see the flowers in person, however my daughter was very happy with them. The ordering was very easy, and I was happy to see there was no charge for delivery, but unhappy to see that there was a handleing charge, When I see something that see free delivery, that is what I expect, I can see if it was in a different town, however it was a local delivery.
