Very pleased with your service & flowers

The family was not home Saturday so the flowers have not been delivered yet. I received a phone call telling me they would hold the order. I would expect the flowers to be refreshed when they are delivered today.

The flowers were fresh and beautiful. The delivery was done earlier in the day than expected and the card was hand written which I appreciated.

My Mom loved her flower arrangement! She said that it was the envy of everyone who saw it! One of the benefits of living in a small town is that the delivery man knew her cell phone number and called her to find out where he should deliver it, instead of leaving it out in the cold! That's what I call excellent customer service!
