i needed an arrangement delivered to a funeral by 4pm the same day i called. after making a choice on the arrangement and discussing where it needed to go,the associate knew more about where it was suppose to go,then i did,by the way. when i spoke to a famly that afternoon before 4pm i was told the arrangemnt had already arrived. i thank you for the fast delivery and it made the cost well worth it.
