Buying the flowers was very easy to do which was a good experience. The tracking of the order was not very helpful. I wanted to have an idea when they were being delivered, and I'm glad I got a tracking number, but the information when I went to track the order on-line was fairly meaningless.

This was the best experience I have had with a florist in a long time. A few weeks before I sent a similar item to a friend in Warren, Ohio and that experience was very poor. I liked all the communication with your business. The emails were great. I will use you again in the future.

I was disappointed that the arrangement delivered didnot look like the not look like the picture on your website. I was however very pleased wpleased with the ease of ordering the flowers and the prompt delivery

My experience was very good. The flowers looked wonderful. I had asked to have the flowers sent to the funeral home for a Thursday private service. The funeral home said they would not receive them. Ava's called me to let me know and said they could hold the flowers to go to the following Monday service and that they would make sure they still looked nice even though time was passing. Good job, nice communication. I would order from Ava's again.
