Was most comfortable placing another Sympathy arrangement with Avas Flowers. I called and spoke with Al, he was most attentive to what I was asking and wanting. Both arrangements that were sent to Jackson, OH and Scotttown, OH were "raved" about. Numerous compliments have been received. If I need the service of a florist in that area again, I would not hesitate to call Avas. Very, very satisfied with customer service and the arrangements.

The ordering process was easy and the recipient loved the flowers. I called to give permission for the order to be left in a safe place if no one was home, and that was also easy.
