I was pleasantly surprised that they followed up with a phone call to verify that the person I was sending the flowers to was actually going to be at the location I had requested delivery. When it appeared that she would not be there, they called me to see if I had a secondary location for delivery or a different date!

The website was very helpful and very easy to get the flowers I wanted to order. I thought the price was decent for same day delivery. I also really appreciated getting a notice when the flowers were delivered.
