I Paid the extra delivery charge to have them delivered by 1:00 pm that day. They did not arrive by then. I called and asked to get a refund for the addnl chg. I was told that was done but it would take up to seven days to see it on my statement. Will see if it happens. The flowers they sent were BEAUTIFUL.

My experience with Avas flowers was great! I sent flowers to my daughter for the first time at her work. They really made her day they were beautiful and looked just like the picture on the website. Wow ! That was great so many time you order something off line and it dosnt look what you ordered. NOT THIS TIME! " WOW THANK YOU AGAIN AVAS FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB!"
