I was very impressed with how easy it was to order. I also liked being able to track my order and know when it was delivered.

I had a chance to see Carla today, and she showed me pictures of the flowers that I had sent, plus she still had some of the flowers left in the vase. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I found the website and called, The gentleman who took my order was extremely helpful and extremely nice throughout taking the order. I live in Washington state and my family is in the Spencer, Iowa area. My sister, Teresa Moriston, called to thank me and was saying how BEAUTIFUL the arrangement was. My granddaughter, Ashlyn Potter, loved her birthday teddy bear and roses. I will continue to use Ava's, even when I move back this fall, for all my floral needs!
