The order was for 4 yellow latex balloons and 1 Congratulations balloon. Instead she just sent me a photo of what was received (the only way for me to leave a review and know what was sent), and Sarah received 2 mylar Congrats balloons and no latex balloons. Flowers were perfect. Balloons not a big deal, but would have liked to know about the change as the sender so doesn't turn into an awkward conversation with the receiver and take away from the event itself. And kind of weird to see two Congrats mylar balloons. Overall, Sarah is very happy with what was sent, and so am I. Thanks!
