Wanted to place order online, but there was a minor glitch with site. However, when I called to place order, experience was par-excellence. The young lady who handled my order was friendly, patient and mindful of the minor details. From order to delivery time, exceeded my expectation. Fantastic job!!! I was so happy, relieved, and pleased over how beautiful the arrangement turned out on such a short notice!! What really caught my eye was that the banner had silver glitter on top of the words - it was GORGEOUS! Also, I really appreciate that you followed my request for including as much of the color of purple as possible - it shows you listened to me!
