The ordering process was simple, the delivery was great and on time. My only complaint would be that I never saw the banner on it which I paid for, and the cross seemed a bit smaller and not as full as it did in the photo online. Thank you!

Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart. With so many online choices to choose from I am glad I chose Ava's. The funeral was in Michigan and I am in Georgia. Due to the pandemic I was unable to go, but wanted to pay my respects. Making the arrangement choice was stemless and effortlessly easy. Everything was straight forward and no computer issues or glitches. It was economical and there was even free shipping, which helped with the cost. I was kept informed of the order and time of its delivery. I was told the arrangement was exceptionally lovely and they will remember my kindness. Thank you one again for your expert service.
