I don't know the quality of the flower arrangement since I didn't see it. However, I chose a local florist because I thought that it would be simply delivered. I don't understand why something from Worcester to Worcester requires UPS. I was told the cost was half price and free shipping, but somehow it cost over $60! You need to be much more clear upfront about the costs. Obviously "shipping" meant something different to you than to me.

I was very happy with my experience with Avas Flowers. I was able to get "same day delivery", where it was not offered from other florists in the area. The associate was very pleasant and professional. They even called me back to tell me a flower in the arrangement I had selected was not available and to suggest an acceptable substitute. I haven't heard from the recipient so do not yet know the appearance of the arrangement, but my ordering experience was great.

The website was easy to navigate b the flowers were delivered very promptly, and we will definitely be using this service again. Thanks!
