Your advertisement online said "same day delivery" which is why I chose your company. We need flowers delivered to a wake that is taking place this afternoon. After I placed the order and paid, the message from your company said you will try to deliver today but not guaranteed. So I guess I just have to hope you can do what you advertise that you do.
